Monthly reconciliation
We will reconcile data from your banks and credit cards, meticulously record and categorize your expenses, and provide professional insights about your financial data in plain language. This will ensure your financial statements reflect the true financial position of your business, and you have the data you need to make informed business decisions.
Financial statements
Each month we will provide a balance sheet, an income statement (profit and loss), and a cash flow statement. These documents are crucial for you to understand the financial health of your business, track performance, and make informed decisions.
Tax preparation support
We ensure all financial activities are accurately documented for tax purposes, organize your financial records to make tax preparation smoother for you and your tax preparer, provide you and your tax preparer all pertinent financial statements needed for tax preparation, and collaborate directly with your tax preparer.
Accessibility and communication
You will have regular communication with your bookkeeper, easy access to your financial data, and assistance in understanding your financial data. This ensures you are always informed about your financial situation and can reach out with questions or advice as needed.

How much does bookkeeping cost?
Our monthly service is based on your business needs and the complexities of your bookkeeping. Most clients average $400 per month. Your monthly bookkeeping cost will be set up as a subscription service so you can be sure your payment is being made on time each month. If there is catch-up or clean-up required to get your books up to current, there will be a one-time set up fee equal to 50% of the monthly fee for each month that needs to be set up (for example, if you are a $400/month client, and we're starting your books in April, we will need to set up 3 months (Jan, Feb, and Mar) at $200 per month, so your one-time set up fee would be $600.
